QuickNax uses customer information to provide local grocery and food delivery services. We may collect name, phone number, email, delivery address, location, order details, and payment status.

Phone OTP is used for account verification. Location is used for address selection, service availability, delivery assignment, and live order tracking.

Payments are processed through Razorpay and Firebase Cloud Functions. QuickNax does not store card, UPI, or banking secrets in the app.

Customers may request account deletion from the app account section or by contacting QuickNax support. Some order records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
